Established in 2011, MEPSAS Holding Sarl is a private investment and holding company which pursues, executes and manages private investments primarily in Europe.
MEPSAS‘ investment strategy is to source and pursue proprietary investment opportunities primarily in Europe and to acquire high quality but under-performing assets, and then reposition and actively manage the acquired assets to create long-term value.
MEPSAS invests its own capital and also co-invests with other private investors whom it has developed a long-term relationship with on a selective basis.
